The Service
Brandivo Founder Pro is a step-by-step business launch system that provides an organized launch sequence, recommended tools and services, and a dashboard to track your progress. It provides information and organizational tools only.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Purchase and License
Founder Pro is a one-time purchase of $249 that grants you lifetime access to the product for your own business use. Access may not be resold or shared.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by PayPal. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
Refunds
Because Founder Pro provides immediate access to digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, copy or redistribute the content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
The Brandivo name, content, and materials are owned by Brandivo and provided for your use under these terms. They remain our property.
Recommendations and Third Parties
Founder Pro recommends third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for those third parties, and some recommendations may include affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure).
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer, including that we do not guarantee any specific business result.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandivo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
